she wore what?!

Note my ear in this picture.
Doesn't it look somewhat Carter-esque?

You guys, I can't fit into my jeans anymore. It hurts my stomach to button them.

If you haven't noticed, I've been sporting leggings and loose babydoll tanks lately. Leggings make me feel like I haven't given up my style, hide my stomach, and - paired with running shoes - make me look like a cute exercising mom instead of what I am ... a mom who just moved south and is eating way too much fried chicken.

And also? I really just don't care what people who look at my butt in leggings think.

Wha? Project 31 who? errmm ...

  2. omg, get out! I am always doing the same! I saw once that leggings are not made to be "pants" but I wear them like pants all the time.

    really, who cares?
If you don't like what i look like in them, then please look away.
    right..?

  5. @Danielle it's so comfortable! and i don't feel like that much of a slacker, like i would with say, sweat pants or something. ever since i had a baby, i didn't totally stop caring, but i became a lot less picky & more creative with my clothes :)

  8. Well you may not be having another baby yet, but your new style will do well to conceal it until you're ready to make it public when you are!! I have a bit of a squishy tum after my son was born, but deliberately wear closer fitting tops to remind me to pull it in and stand up straight to help my wobbly core muscles.
But you have the figure for those leggings so go for it! I, on the other hand, look rather like an oompa loompa in them because i'm so short!! :D
