Carter set his eyes on the super awesome, giant, toy Easter bunny and started top-speed toddling straight to him.
Must.
Have.
Large.
Bunny.
Until the bunny did the unfathomable.
He moved.
Carter froze in terror.
Translate a nice doubleyouteeeff into toddler speak, plaster it onto Carter's face, and you have the expression I saw.
I worked a little manipulative momma magic and talked them into waving to each other from a distance.
Me and the girl with the ears were soo getting him on that bunny's lap.
(If you gave us another hour.)
When Daddy had enough of the hokey pokey, he scooped up Carter and escorted him to the bunny.
From the look on the bunny's face, I'd guess he couldn't care less about that rejection.
But you should see the look on my blog's face when it's hoping for a vote.
First off, I absolutely love your blog! I'm a new follower :) but I just want to mention I love that you wore your hair straight! We have very similar hair philosophies! I recently cut my hair just below shoulder length last fall from having the same long length since middle school. I miss it so much! I have hair envy! Secondly and most important, carter is just adorable! Happy Easter to you and your family!
ReplyDelete@Nicole thanks nicole! just think how nice it's going to be this summer with shorter hair though! i almost never wear it straight. i had put some rollers at the bottom, but the little curl it had fell out by the time we got to the mall :)
