  2. I read your other post about flying. I can't find it now but just wanted to let you know that you are not crazy and being a mom makes you worry more and every mother's secret fear is being permanently seperated from their child. The trick is to not let that fear keep you from living because if you start to avoid one thing then the fears build and you find yourself avoiding more and more until you aren't even you anymore. I have an anxiety disorder and the number one thing I want for my children is to not let fear run their life and so I have to live that way as an example. Hope that makes sense lol. I loved that blog because it shows a vulnerability and a realness that people rarely show and so I loved to see it in a world full of people hiding. Be you, be real.

  4. Where did your other post about flying go? I loved it. I feel the same way everytime I have to leave my daughter (she is 18 months)and I am terrified of flying, so it totally hit home for me. I loved the list of things you want your son to know. Just wanted to let you know, I enjoyed it :o)

  5. @Anonymous i took it down last night because i needed to think about how i was sounding, i wanted to make sure i wasn't sounding ungrateful for the trip & it wouldn't be offensive to my family & the bride and groom. i put it back up today, though.

  7. @Kari thanks for your comment kari. i can understand how anxiety builds up - especially when you're a mom. hearing all these things on the news really makes me believe that anything can happen, and i don't want anything to touch this perfect little world my husband, carter and i have created for ourselves.
